The Walia Vacuum De-watering system is designed to eliminate the ill effects of extra water presence inside the concrete. Through Vacuum treatment, the surplus water is removed from the  concrete, which means that the water/cement ratio automatically leads to noticeable improvement of almost each of concrete properties.

Advantages:
 Increase compressive strength by 40-70%,increase wear resistance by 100-150%,and reduce shrinkage by 50 %.

POWER TROWEL
It is a surface finishing equipment powered by 3hp electric gear motor troweling RPM 135. It polishes the surface after floating operation anf 3 to 4 passes are required for giving fine finish to the floor.


VIBRO SCREED
Vibro screed is used for the leveling as well compaction of concrete it consists of high quality steel bar (4.2 meter) with spacing of 250 M.M. in between Special water protective vibrator motor is mounted in the center which produces vibration.

VACUUM PUMP
This is the core of the system. A continuous discharge vacuum pump is completed self contained unit. The unit is mounted on a transportation trolley. 24 Sq. Meter freshly laid concrete can be Dewatered in one single operation with one set of mat.

POWER FLOATER
It is surface grinding equipment powered by 3 H.P Electric gear motor with floating RPM 130. It grinds the surface to make it wear resistance.
